Delete your Canolia Expense account and data
This page is the external deletion resource for Canolia Expense by Canolia Digital.
In the app
- Open Canolia Expense and sign in.
- Open Google Account settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Without the app
Email us from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “Canolia Expense account deletion” and include the Google account email you want deleted.
Request deletion by emailWhat is deleted
- Your Firebase authentication account.
- Synced expenses, incomes, budgets, loans, categories, books, notes/settings stored for the account.
- Uploaded custom theme images associated with the account.
We may ask you to verify account ownership. We aim to complete verified requests promptly and normally within 30 days. Data required by law, security, or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained only when necessary and will be disclosed to you.
